I have been fortunate to be part of two workshops that Judith has created and led. Both days have been a restorative and healing tonic. Being in a circle of women of all ages who come together to enhance their own well-being and their community’s wellbeing is wonderful soul medicine. I immensely enjoyed both days and left feeling refreshed and energised and connected to my heart. Judith is a very skilled holder of space and I look forward to attending another one of her wonderfull workshops. I am still feeling the reverberations of goodness created by her✨Into the Light✨-half day workshop held at Kumara’s Greenstone Retreat earlier this month.

In the session gained so much strength, you could call it universal strength or the strength of Mother Earth, or the strength that every person has within themselves but unfortunately does not perceive in everyday life. I would almost say that we forget to feel this power and love because we have to function in everyday life. Feeling the deep connection with the universe or with yourself, I don't know exactly what it is, ignites a immense love for yourself and all living beings. I suddenly feel content, confident, joy of life and above all I feel rooted and grounded. Judith made me feel like I could just be and feel complete acceptance and fulfillment in that being.

I was able to learn a lot about myself in the sessions with Judith. Judith helped me change my perspective on things and supported me in the process of shedding self-doubt. She encouraged me to set healthy boundaries and worked with me to develop tools for more self-acceptance and self-love.
During the sessions we meditated, did breathwork and worked with my limiting beliefs. I can continue to use many of the techniques in everyday life and they support me in challenging situations.
With her understanding and honest nature, Judith is a companion for anyone who is looking for support and a change in their life.

I went to this retreat without much expectation, only to embrace what womanhood has to offer. Being guided by your enveloping voice into somatic breathing and movements was a transforming experience. There were some shaking and tears, yes, but you held a such safe and compassionate space that it allowed me to let go and deeply immerse myself into what i feel was an emotional cleansing. Thank you so much for offering such a beautiful opportunity for women from all ages and backgrounds to connect in a genuine level for a few hours. Magical and priceless.
